Spaghetti with Beans

Spaghetti with Great Northern Beans

This spaghetti has a delicate flavor that soothes the senses. This recipe is completely Dairy Free! However, you'll have to substitute a gluten free vegetable noodle if you need gluten free. Ginger free for those with Onion family allergies.

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Coriander
2 TB Sweet Basil
1 TB Cilantro
1/4 tsp "3 Peppercorn Blend" (Green peppercorn, White Peppercorn,  and Black Peppercorn)
2 TB Olive Oil (Optional)

28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes, or the equivalent in fresh tomatoes, blended or chopped finely.
2 - 15 oz cans Great Northern Beans
1 - 12 oz. pkg Gluten Free "noodles", Tinkyada's Brown Rice noodles are the fave. 

1) In a sauce pan, combine the Crushed Tomatoes, Great Northern Beans, Olive Oil and all of the spices.
2) Mix well.
3) Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for half an hour.
4) Cook the noodles according to package directions.
5) When the noodles are done, combine the noodles and the sauce.

Recommend serving with Peas, and my Faux Salmon.
